演讲人简历： 卢煜旻博士在半导体、射频及微波集成电路设计领域拥有15年以上丰富的产品开发经验。曾先后任职于上海微技术工业研究院，恩智浦半导体（美国），M/A-COM及Autoliv Electronics 等公司担任技术及管理工作。卢博士拥有多项美国专利，是IEEE 高级会员。1996年复旦大学学士，2001年美国俄亥俄州立大学硕士，2004年密西根大学电子工程系博士学位。 Yumin Lu received the B.Sc. degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1996, the M.Sc. degree from the Ohio State University, Columbus, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from The University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, in 2005. Dr. Lu is currently a professor at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He also serves as Chairmen/CEO of Shanghai SGR Semiconductors Inc., focusing on development of high performance RF front end components and mmWave ICs. Before that, he held engineering and management positions in SITRI, NXP Semiconductors, Autoliv Electronics and M/A-COM Inc. |
