《集成电路应用》杂志创刊于1984年，为上海市集成电路行业协会会刊，属国家一级刊物，国内统一刊号：CN31-1325，是集专业性、参考性和宣传性极强的集成电路产业权威中文杂志。有分析综述、政策法规、新闻动态、企业专访、读者服务、设计技术、制造工艺、封装测试、设备与材料、器件应用等栏目。
